WattLabs

Terms of Service

Effective 21 October 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of WattLabs (https://app.wattlabs.pl), provided by WattLabs, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A beta service

WattLabs is in private beta. Features change, break or disappear, analyses get recalculated as the models improve, and the service may be unavailable at times. Access is by invitation and we may end the beta at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data; keep your own copies of your ride files. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Training advice is not medical advice

Analyses, workout suggestions and AI coach replies are estimates from models and your data. They can be wrong, and they are not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, stop if you feel unwell, and ride within your limits and the rules of the road. You are responsible for how you train and ride.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • upload and connect only your own data and your own accounts;
  • keep your email account, through which you sign in, secure;
  • not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, including the pooled road index;
  • not try to access another rider’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
  • not use the service for anything unlawful.

Your data

You keep the rights to the data you bring. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy, including adding road facts from your map-matched rides to the pooled road index that other riders see without your identity.

Third-party services

Strava, Garmin Connect, intervals.icu and MyWhoosh are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you connect them. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their availability. Some connections use unofficial interfaces that can stop working without notice.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other riders at risk, or when the beta ends; where we can, we will tell you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and its courts have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
